Coming Up: Creative Arts Guild ArtsFest + New Paintings on the Way!
I’m excited to share some wonderful news! I’ve been accepted into the Creative Arts Guild’s 63rd Annual ARTS FEST (Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts) happening September 18–20, 2026 in Dalton, Georgia! Four of my paintings will be part of the juried Gallery Exhibit:
In addition to having work in the gallery, I’ll also be participating as an artist vendor in the Outdoor Artist Market on Saturday, September 19 (10am–5pm) and Sunday, September 20 (11am–5pm). I’d love for you to stop by my booth if you’re in the area!

The festival takes place at the Creative Arts Guild campus (520 West Waugh Street, Dalton, GA). There’s also a Preview Party on Friday evening (September 18, 7–9pm) if you’d like a first look at the exhibition.
New Paintings Coming Soon!
While I’m preparing for ArtsFest, I’m also hard at work in the studio on two new pieces that I’m really looking forward to sharing:
A painting of Elijah’s showdown against the prophets of Baal
A dramatic scene of a rock climber hanging precariously against a glowing sunset
I’ll be posting progress updates and more details as these two paintings develop. Stay tuned!
