Welcome to MidLifeArtist.com (the “Site”), operated by Stephanie C Stephenson (“I,” “me,” or “the Artist”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All original artwork, images, photographs, text, designs, and other content on this Site are the exclusive property of the Artist and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. No content on this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any way without my prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing on the Site itself.
2. No NFTs
I do not create, sell, offer, license, or authorize Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any other blockchain-based digital assets of my artwork, and I never will. Any minting, sale, transfer, or promotion of NFTs (or similar digital tokens) that incorporate, reproduce, or are based on my artwork is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. I reserve all rights to pursue legal action against any unauthorized NFT-related activity involving my work.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Download, save, screenshot, scrape, or otherwise copy any images or content from the Site for any purpose other than personal viewing.

Reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Site.

Mint, create, or facilitate the creation of NFTs or other digital assets based on my artwork.

4. Limited License for Viewing
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to download, copy, or redistribute the content.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability

8. Copyright Infringement and Enforcement
I actively monitor for unauthorized use of my artwork, including on NFT marketplaces and other platforms. I will enforce my copyrights through all available means, including DMCA takedown notices, cease-and-desist letters, and legal action seeking damages and injunctive relief. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on this Site, please contact me at the address below with the required DMCA information.
9. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms of Use at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (United States), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Whitfield County, Georgia.
