This dynamic watercolor painting was my first serious attempt at rendering realistic metal armor, chainmail, and weaponry using watercolor. Created with the intent to show at a local Children’s art market, it captures the excitement and heroism of a knight preparing to charge forward in full action — sword raised, armor gleaming, full of energy and determination.
The original watercolor now resides in a private children’s collection, but these high-quality prints allow the same sense of adventure and courage to brighten many more homes.
