The surreal collision of the last two frontiers humanity has barely touched: the deep ocean and outer space.
Gold and copper leaf portals shimmer and crackle open, built with real modeling paste, crackle paste, and fiber paste under layers of acrylic. My first heavily textured piece — you can almost feel the metallic glow and the pressure of worlds pressing in.
Personally hand-signed by the artist on the white border.

The Story Behind New Frontiers
My first painting where I let texture and metallic leaf run the show. Thick pastes built up the canvas first, then gold and copper leaf on the swirling portals that feel ready to swallow the viewer into the deep sea or deep space.
Two frontiers we still barely understand — rendered in shimmering, threatening beauty.
